Hi there and welcome to A Taste of Wellbeing, my name is Alexandra Golovac. I am a certified nutritionist and chef who loves a healthy balance of veggies, dark chocolate, and a good dry martini.
I created A Taste of Wellbeing as a virtual nutrition clinic with programs focused on you. The industry of nutrition is filled with so much misinformation, confusing do’s and don’ts of what to eat to be healthy.
My mission is to help you find out what to eat for your body, your health, and your wellness goals!
Through my counseling services and simple and delicious recipes, I hope that you feel that good real food is deliciously nutritious!!!
